• Step 1– Once you have made the decision to make a Catholic Journey, you are already on your way!
• Step 2– Contact us so that we can prepare an itinerary to suit the needs of your group.
Our experienced team will help you fit the needs of your parish community or specialty group.
• Step 3– Once you have finalized your itinerary, set a date for an information night and send an invitation to your
parish and surrounding communities. When the date is chosen, let us know and we will make sure your parish has flyers and electronic banners for their website and social media to get the word out.
• Step 4– Holding an information night creates anticipation and excitement among those interested in finding out more of what the pilgrimage has to offer. These meetings should begin at least 8-10 months ahead of the travel date selected, if possible.
• Step 5– Once your pilgrimage group has formed, gather your group for a final information night. We will provide materials for distribution that evening and talking points for any questions that you might encounter. We are also willing to set up either a virtual meeting or come to your gathering in person to help with any of your needs and to assit with last minute questions.
